What is supplied? 

Along with a highly qualified instructor and craft, we will supply:

> Wetsuit

> Buoyancy aid

> Cagoule

> Helmet

> Whistle

> Head torch (Night paddling)

> Strobe beacon (Night paddling)

> Tent (Expedition)

> Sleeping bag (Expedition)

> Cooking equipment (Expedition)


What do I need to bring? 

We recommend bringing the following items:


> Towel

> Spare shoes you are happy to get wet

> Something to wear underneath a wetsuit 

> Spare dry clothing

> Any snacks or drinks

> Any required medication


& of course a sense of ADVENTURE! 


What can I wear underneath a wetsuit

We recommend wearing lightweight, quick drying clothing such as a swimsuit, swim-shorts or sports clothing.


Are there any age restrictions? 

As long as those wishing to participate can fit into the appropriate safety equipment, then they're more than welcome to join the adventure! 


We've had children as young as 3 years venturing with us.


Are there any changing facilities? 

YES! We have individual changing tents and changing robes available for you to use.

Those under 16 yrs old must have a parent or guardian present at some point during the session for consent.
