What is supplied?

Along with a highly qualified instructor and craft, we will supply:

• Wetsuit

• Buoyancy aid

• Cagoule

• Helmet

• Whistle

• Head torch (Night paddling)

• Strobe beacon (Night paddling)

• Tent (Expedition)

• Sleeping bag (Expedition)

• Cooking equipment (Expedition)

What do I need to bring?

We recommend bringing the following items:

• Towel

• Spare shoes you are happy to get wet

• Something to wear underneath a wetsuit 

• Spare dry clothing

• Any snacks or drinks

• Any required medication

& of course a sense of ADVENTURE! 

What can I wear underneath a wetsuit?

We recommend wearing lightweight, quick drying clothing such as a swimsuit, swim-shorts or sports clothing.

What types of sessions do you offer?

We typically offer two types of sessions: open and private.

What is an open session?

An open session is a group session open to anyone. Participants join together with others, which means you’ll be with a range of different people who are also interested in the activity.

What is a Private session?

A Private session is exclusively for your group. You won’t be joined by any other participants outside of your group, so it’s a more personalised and private experience.

How do I decide between an open or a private session?

Choose an open session if you’re comfortable joining others and meeting new people. Choose a private session if you prefer a more exclusive experience with only your own group involved.

Are there any age restrictions?

As long as those wishing to participate can fit into the appropriate safety equipment, then they're more than welcome to join the adventure! 

We've had children as young as 3 years venturing with us. Please note children under the age of 8 years are to be joined by a parent or guardian. 

Are there any changing facilities?

YES! We have individual changing tents and changing robes available for you to use.

Can I bring my pet?

We love pets! For selected trips, well behaved dogs are absolutely welcome. Please ensure to check with us before booking to ensure the adventure is suitable for your pet.
