AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

Freelance Instructors

We’re always on the lookout for freelance activity instructors. While being fully qualified and having teaching experience is ideal, we also welcome applicants who aren’t yet fully qualified but are eager to share their passion and positive energy on the water.

Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications.

Beach Hand/Trainee Instructor

We’re seeking casual Beach Hands to support our team during the busy season. This is a great opportunity for a local resident or school leaver seeking part-time or weekend work. The role involves:

• Assisting with lessons both in and out of the water

• Capturing photos and videos of lessons and customers

Steady work is available from April through October, with peak activity during the summer months. Prior paddling or photography experience is not necessary; we value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
